[问与答] 网易云音乐无法查看评论

最近创建了一个网易云账号, 想看一首歌有什么评论 - 搜索和找到歌曲后, 点击评论按钮.
接下来界面跳出来时完全灰色的, 而且关不了, 只有后台退出后重新进入才可以把灰屏关掉.
一开始我以为是网络问题, 过了几天尝试了多个不同歌曲和专辑 - 还是一样, 退出不了的灰屏, 什么都看不到.

有一次我看到了一部分的评论, 然后那个灰色屏幕就加载了, 接下去还是不什么都看不到.

有人遇到过这种问题吗, 如何解决? 我不想评论因为我无法实名, 只想看一下评论有没有什么, 或者根本有没有人听那些歌曲.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
