xx 银行现在办卡需要工作证明 社保才能办一张正常转账不限额，可以使用网银的卡，没有这些，只能 atm 取钱，别人给你转账，你转账的只能 3k-4k ，不能使用网银，说是为了 antifraud.不清楚是不是所有 banking system 都是这样。
