[问与答] 公司没钱发不出工资，仲裁也没用，还有什么办法吗

欠了几个月工资后，公司解散了，让我们去仲裁。仲裁流程是走完了，达成协议是后续分批给付，但实际上只给了半次，后面就没给过了。

公司还是存续状态，这种情况下还有什么办法追回工资吗？
