[长沙] 长沙有什么让你觉得「因为这一点一定或尽量要离开/留在长沙」的吗？

在考虑父母退休以后如果要是回国，首选去长沙定居欸，理由是二线（ aka 新一线）城市里长沙的房价···简直太诱人了
但是它身为二线城市房价一直这么低我猜应该也有原因叭？显然我不是很了解长沙欸，感觉长沙出镜率貌似不是特别高？跟长沙相关的新闻也比较少（当然也许只是在我的 RSS 里）···
比较想知道从小在这里长大或者亲历长沙居住过的人的经验欸
如果需要同类经验作为交换的话，我可以交换在英国中部/四川北部/内蒙古中部的居住感受噢
