[Windows] 清完灰风扇狂转

请问下拯救者 r7000 （ 2020 ），win10 今天自己清完灰开机风扇会狂转，而且是插电源时会这样，拔掉电源过一会就好了怎么回事，尝试重装系统还是这样，软件都是刚启动会到非常高的电源使用，然后很快就会降下来，而且 chrome 和 edge 和微信这些软件我没开那么多标签页但是显示很多进程不知道和这有没有关系
