[路由器] 求推荐 ap 面板还是 mesh 组家庭无线网络？

房子情况，地上两层，地下两层，每层都是 90 方左右。
每个房间都预留了面板，是用 带 Wi-Fi 的 ap 面板还是用 mesh ，以及两种方案的价格
如果用 ap 面板的话，哪个品牌较好
如果用 mesh 的话，哪个品牌较好

另外，可能需要在一个房间内使用下科学。ap 面板的话能否支持
以及如果加挂一个 IPTV 的话，是不是要在光猫那里设置
