[macOS] 突然发现 Mac 如果通过 USB 连接热点就没法走代理

个人热点通过 Wi-Fi 连接的时候可以在高级设置里设置本地代理，但是如果通过 USB 连接就没有这个选项。我在 iPhone 上用的小火箭也不知道怎么把代理共享给 Mac 。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
