[Apple] Apple id 无法注册

  1. 本身需求注册海外 Apple id ，到手机号填写这一步，填写大陆手机号提示"无法创建账号"
  2. 后来直接在手机上注册国区的账户也不行，只要到了填写手机号这一步，无论换几个手机号都是提示"无法创建账号, 当前时间你的账号不能创建"

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
