一个新提交的插件，并且因为要注入脚本，权限还挺大 

permissions: ['tabs', 'storage', 'scripting', 'activeTab']

// content.js matches
matches: ["*://*/*"]

顺便介绍一下这个插件，其实跟这个主题说的类似 上班摸鱼沉迷刷帖无法自拔，有时候比较闲，会看半天各种站，看的头昏脑胀，比工作更累，就想着写一个这个插件顺便熟悉一下 chrome 扩展的开发

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
