[Apple] 才发现原来美区可以把 Apple account 添加到 Wallet

看了下介绍，把 Apple 账户添加到钱包之后，就可以使用 App Store 的余额，通过 Apple Pay 在 Apple store 里购买硬件，这个还蛮方便的，不知道除了美区以外行不行？

似乎好像国区的 App Store 余额并不能用于购买硬件？

  3. Adjust your preference.
