[Apple] Apple ID 想要转区，但是有按年订阅的 AC+怎么办

如题，想转到美区或者日区，但是 id 下面有个 ipad 的 ac+的订阅（按年付费）
这种情况下怎么办呢？取消订阅好像是就加不回来了，但是不取消订阅的话就无法解绑付款方式，就无法转区。
