[上海] 上海土著，名下一套房，最近自住房装修。这种情况提取公积金是否无解？

自住房最近重新装修，打给公积金管理中心问了下，现在上海装修不能提公积金，因为名下有房，装修期间租房也不能提公积金。因为是上海人，离职公积金账户封存后也不能提取。合规的路似乎都堵死了。
