[Apple] 在闲鱼上买到的美版手机，有啥办法问要到购买凭证吗

前几个月买了个美版 13pro ，带 ac ，前阵子不小心把屏幕磕碎了一点，请问有办法通过打客服电话要到原始购买凭证吗。

问了卖家，卖家说帮忙问问能不能找到一些信息。

闲鱼上有好多说可以给购买凭证的，看评论都是用拙劣的 ps 手法，信他我还不如用个碎屏手机。
