如题，电信到 cloudflare 能走上 ctg 了。走 HKG 或是 SIN 得看地区，随机无规律。

Route-Path: AS4134 中国电信 → AS* CTGNet → AS13335 IXP Cloudflare

目前看回程有问题，不清楚什么时候能调整好 XD JsoCXqi.png OgATrtO.png
