[问与答] 公司法是不是有一堆漏洞？

某朋友在某商业物业交了租金，然后该物业跑路走破产清算，没有给原私人房东租金，租金被卷走，租客被原房东赶走，该公司法人还是个老人。。公司没钱，起诉赢了也没啥用。限制高消费什么的也没啥卵用。

搞笑的事，私人房东没收到钱，人家直接清场，
国有资产被欠款，根本没人急，政府那边还等法院宣判， 宣判了也拿不到钱（赚国家钱真是省心省力，如今怎么赚钱懂了吧）
