[宽带症候群] 有没有可以离线下载普通链接的产品推荐？

需要下载某国外网站文件，但是网站不支持续传。 老是由于网络不稳定等原因被迫重新下载浪费数据流量，请问有没有可以离线下载普通链接的产品推荐？（百度云有这个功能求类似）
