[问与答] 电瓶车以及头盔选购求助

背景： 以前没买过电瓶车，不知道该怎么选，还没在实体店看过，只在 JD 上看了一些没找到合适的。

使用场景 1.小孩学校接送，来回 6 公里，我或老婆接 2.老婆上下班，来回 4 公里，偶尔买菜

需求： 1.有前备栏，可以放菜或者大人头盔 2.屁股底下能放小孩头盔（如果能同时解决大人和小孩头盔就完美了） 3.不需要花里胡哨的互联网功能增加溢价 4.小孩站着或坐后面都可以，不被交警查是关键 5.续航最好在 40 公里以上

其他： 1.我和老婆都没有 E 驾照 2.本人身高 178 体重 180 ，要适当的考虑续航 3.价格 5000 以内 4.二线城市市中心，几乎每个路口都都有交警
