[问与答] 四年前端经验，感觉被自己困住了

我先说一说我目前的情况，我现在四年前端经验会 React 也会 Vue ，之前的经历做的中后台和移动端的项目比较多，目前在一家小公司每天干的活都是些中后台管理系统或者一些不太复杂的 H5 之类的，而且做的项目都比较偏短期要么就是四五个月能沉淀经验学到的东西的项目少之又少。现在很迷茫不知道我是应该跳槽还是继续待在这家公司，跳槽的话简历上加上这家有三段经历因为一些原因也有 gap 过五个月，不跳槽的话呆在这家公司薪资很低做的东西没有沉淀复杂度也不够高，debuff 叠满感觉被自己困住了不知道下一步路该怎么走了，想听一听各位老哥的意见
