[问与答] 笔记本外接屏幕怎么显示 BIOS 或 WinPE 画面？

我这台电脑能用 Type-C (DP)和 HDMI 输出视频，外接显示器也能分别用这两种信号显示。
买副屏之后才发现这个现象的，外接屏在系统进入锁屏界面之前不显示任何画面，只有无信号的待机画面。也就是说，把屏幕设置成“仅在 2 上显示“，那么下次开机的时候开机画面（ OEM Logo ）仍在内置显示器上播放。
同理，重启到 BIOS 或 PE 系统里面也是类似现象，这两种环境貌似都不能识别外接屏，只能在内置屏里显示画面。
如标题所示，有办法做到么？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
