[OpenWrt] 用 passwall 建 Vmess 服务器作为回家策略

passwall 可以建 Vmess 服务器，服务器 subdomain 很长很复杂，在外面访问家里局域网 jellyfin 速度非常快。

服务器只允许自己的 ip 段使用，只访问局域网，也不经过外网，黑客和 GFW 探测不到吧😀

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
