[Android] 关于 app 检测 GKD 之类的无障碍权限

主要是招商永隆和 OCBC ，这俩都是检测到就拒绝启动。

尝试过使用 pm install -i com.android.vending 来安装，显示安装来源的确是商店了，但依然会提示非官方应用

想问下这个有办法解决，没了 GKD 浑身难受

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
